The website presents real estate for sale and rent, yacht charter and car rental offers, and related services in Montenegro. The website itself does not conclude contracts: every sale, rental or charter is agreed and signed separately between the parties, outside this website.

• Photographs may include staging or show the surrounding area; the item sold or rented is defined by the contract, not by the photographs.

The content of this website (texts, photographs, logo, design) belongs to Di Real Estate or its licensors and may not be reproduced or reused commercially without our written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, Di Real Estate is not liable for decisions made on the basis of listing information alone, for temporary unavailability of the website, for outdated copies of pages shown by the app while your device is offline, or for the content of third-party websites we link to (for example map services or messaging apps).
